San Luis Obispo County Homeless Needs Survey
The County of San Luis Obispo has been awarded over $5.5 million of grant funding from the State of California to assist persons at-risk of or experiencing homelessness. The funding is one-time only and will not continue once the grant period has ended (June 30, 2021 for most of the funds). The purpose of this survey is to gather public feedback on the needs of the community which will help determine how the new, one-time only funds should be spent in the county.

This survey can be completed in 10 minutes.
