OlyCAP Volunteer Participation Form
This form is for people that are willing to be called on in case Olympic Community Action Programs or one of our approved partners, needs additional volunteers. We would like volunteers that are not a part of the "vulnerable population" - ideally under 60, not pregnant, healthy, with no underlying illness that compromises your immune system.
We may reach out by telephone, text or email to let you know about our urgent volunteer needs as they arise. Below you will note the various areas where we anticipate a need for volunteers. We thank you for your willingness to potentially help those in your community!

Anywhere in Jefferson County (East of Olympic Park)
Anywhere in Clallam County (Including West of Lake Crescent)
In what realm might you be willing to volunteer in - we are just anticipating our possible needs, we will update our forms as needs arise (Select all that apply)
Site Meal preparation (prepared in one of our commercial kitchens or a partner agency's commercial kitchen)
Meal delivery (you would pick up already prepared meals, hot or frozen, and deliver to those unable to travel)
Child care (at one of our sites or a partner agency site)
Shelter Monitor (sitting at one of our shelters watching and helping guests)
Phone Calls (sitting at one of our designated sites to call customers and check on their needs; or taking inbound calls)
Packing meal boxes (at one of our designated locations, packing boxes for shelf-stable meals)
Cleaning (helping sanitize and clean our designated sites)
Errand Assistance (running errands for people unable to leave their home: grocery, med pickup, meals, etc)
Laundry (picking up laundry at our designated sites, taking laundry back to your home or to designated laundromat, and returning items clean, dry and folded)

Are you healthy, under the age of 60, not pregnant, do not have any underlying health issues that diminish your immune system, and have not been exposed to anyone with Coronavirrus symptoms (cough, fever, difficulty breathing.)
