Children's Ministry Survey 2021
This survey is about children’s ministry during COVID-19. The information you supply will help create a snapshot of the present state of children's ministry (0-12 year olds) in Canada. Your feedback enables us to compile a report with a summary of findings and develop children’s ministry training and resources for these challenging times.

- Please choose one person at your church to complete the survey (the person who knows the most about your children’s ministry)
- Every question must be answered. If you don’t know the precise answer, please make an educated guess.
- There are 25 quantitative and 5 qualitative questions. The 25 questions must be answered and will take about 10 minutes (If you don’t know the precise answer, please make an educated guess). The 5 qualitative questions are optional.

About two months following the completion of the survey (May 30), you’ll be sent the results and a report that synthesizes the findings.
