온라인 건의서 (Online Suggestion Form) 
본 건의서는 본 교회 등록교인만 사용할 수 있으며 시무장로와 안수집사로 구성된 운영팀에서 관리합니다. 아래 있는 건의함 이용자 지침을 준수하셔서 질의 건의사항을 건의함에 제출하여 주시기 바랍니다. 이용자 지침에 따라 정상적으로 접수된 내용은 관련 담당자의 검토를 통하여 가능한 빠른 시일 안에 답변을 해 드리도록 노력하겠습니다. 건강한 소통으로 주님의 교회를 함께 은혜롭게 세워나갈 수 있기를 기대합니다.

The use of this suggestions form is open only to the registered members of the KCPC. Only a team consisting of session elders and ordained deacons will review and manage the submissions. Please follow the guidelines for proper use below and drop the completed form into the suggestions box. After a careful review for compliance with the guidelines, an appropriate person will provide a response as soon as possible. We hope to maintain a healthy and transparent communication to build up the church together as a community of grace.

2. 건의서 내용은 교회의 예배, 행정, 사역 등 교회의 시스템에 관한 것으로 한정합니다.
3. 무기명으로 제출된 건의서는 내용에 관계없이 폐기 처분됩니다.
4. 부정적 표현은 지양하고 건설적이고 폭넓은 의견 제안을 권합니다.
5. 개인 신상에 대한 건의서는 폐기 처분됩니다.
6. 건의서 내용은 운영팀의 검토 후 필요에 따라 당회 또는 교역자 회의에서 의논될 수 있습니다.

User Guideline 
1. Questions or suggestions shall be submitted by using this form only. 
2. The scope of the submissions shall be limited to worship, administration, ministry, etc. issues related to management of the church. 
3. Anonymous submissions shall be discarded regardless of their contents. 
4. Avoid general, negative criticisms and provide specific, constructive and "big picture" suggestions. 
5. Any submissions pertaining to personal privacy or accusations shall be discarded. 
6. After the management team reviews the submissions, it may discuss the contents with the Session or relevant Ministry Team(s) as necessary.
