Grove Kids' Treehouse
Grove Kids' Treehouse is the Sunday evening children's ministry of Shady Grove Church and is from 5:45 pm - 7:15 pm, beginning September 27, 2026 and ending May 16, 2027.   

The cost is $20/child and can be paid by cash, check or online at https://www.shadygrovechurch.net/give.  Please choose TREEHOUSE at the dropdown menu.  Payment is due on/before the first night of club.  

Parents/caregivers are asked to drop off their child/children in the gym before 5:45 pm and pickup at 7:15 pm.  Between 5:45 pm and 7:15 pm, only Treehouse workers who have been assigned a specific role within the Treehouse ministry and who have a background check on file are allowed to remain in the gym, classrooms and/or nursery.  This requirement is a part of our Grove Kids safety protocol and we respectfully request that it be followed.  We strongly encourage  parents/caregivers who would like to remain on campus during this time,  to attend the adult Bible study in the sanctuary.

Grove Kids' Treehouse (Treehouse) is carefully planned and adequately supervised; however, even with the best of planning and precaution, unforeseen events can occur. By checking the box below, I, the parent or legal guardian of the child listed on this Treehouse Registration form, agree to assume and accept all risks and hazards inherent in the activities conducted at Treehouse. I also agree not to hold Shady Grove Free Will Baptist Church (SG), its employees, agents, or volunteer assistants liable for damages, losses, or injuries to person or property. I understand I am signing for the minor child listed on this registration form, and the electronic signature is both a medical and liability release. By accepting, I also authorize the use of pictures taken of my child by Treehouse to be used by SG for promotional purposes. I hereby authorize the directors of Treehouse or their designee to select hospital facilities and/or a physician of their choice, and to authorize treatment of the child listed on this form on an emergency basis in the event such treatment becomes necessary while attending Treehouse at SG. I understand all reasonable attempts will be made to contact me should such an emergency arise. I will be responsible for all medical bills incurred as a result of illness or accidents for which medical treatment is necessary while the child attends Treehouse.
