Waterbury CARES! (COVID-19 Alliance, Resource Exchange & Support)
Waterbury is a community of caring people. Many people are volunteering ways to help and others are in need of help. A group of Waterbury organizations have come together and created this form to collect information to assist our community with volunteer coordination. After you submit this form someone from the Library or another Waterbury organization will get in touch with you.

Our top priority is making sure that all community members have what they need to enable them to stay home, whether sick or healthy. Thank you for taking care of each other right now.
For questions or help with the form, please email wpl05676@gmail.com.

Thank you for your interest to help our community! Noting that you would like to be contacted about any of the work mentioned below does not constitute a hard and fast commitment. We know circumstances can be unpredictable. Checking "yes" just means we may get in touch if the need for volunteers or supplies arises.
Would you like to be contacted about volunteer opportunities that involve picking up supplies, such as groceries, from stores or other businesses and transporting those materials to volunteers for distribution, or to the front steps of quarantined households? Please note that people receiving deliveries will be responsible for coordinating with you to reimburse you for supplies. *
Would you be able to check in with neighbors via phone or online platform to help those in isolation? *
Would you be able to assist with child care? *
Would you be willing to share basic human needs like food, water, medical supplies, herbal medicine, hygiene products, etc.? Please indicate what you think you have to share. (It's okay if you don't know at the moment or if you don't have extra resources on hand.)
