BCHBA’s current plan is to hold an in-person judging on October 15th. If, for any reason, an in-person judging cannot be held (hurricane, etc.), BCHBA will notify you as soon as possible. In that event, the judging would be held virtually and the photographs and virtual tour shot and produced by Vivid Digital Media will be used for judging purposes. In that unlikely event, virtual judging would be held October 13-15. In order for my entry to be judged virtually in mid-October, the photography and videography must be completed by September 25th. *
Entry Fees *
EARLY ENTRY (JUNE 25 - JULY 9):  $1,500. This includes a 3d Matterport Tour of your entry. The Matterport tours are optional. If you choose to opt out of this, we will reduce your fee by $250, for a total of $1,250. After we've received your submitting form, the HBA will be invoiced directly.

STANDARD ENTRY (JULY 10 - JULY 23): $1,700. This includes a 3d Matterport Tour of your entry. The Matterport tours are optional. If you choose to opt out of this, we will reduce your fee by $250, for a total of $1,450. After we've received your submitting form, the HBA will be invoiced directly.

LATE ENTRY (JULY 24 - JULY 30): $1,900. This includes a 3d Matterport Tour of your entry. The Matterport tours are optional. If you choose to opt out of this, we will reduce your fee by $250, for a total of $1,650. After we've received your submitting form, the HBA will be invoiced directly.

The Brunswick County HBA provides the following for each paid entry:

• Parade home entry information featured on the Brunswick County HBA’s Parade website, brunswickparadeofhomes.com and the Parade’s Facebook and Instagram page.

• Parade home entry information featured in the Parade of Homes magazine with elevation, floor plan, special features about entry, and directions to Parade entry

• Large yard signage for placement in front yard of Parade entry

• Directional signage to the Parade entry

• Photography for the virtual tour (after the Parade is over, the entrant will receive access to the photos for the builder's use only)

• Web and social media promotion (Facebook and Instagram)

• (Optional) 3D tour created and posted via Matterport, hosted by Vivid Digital Media and active for full year. The tour will be available on the Parade website and will be available for entrants' use. Once the year has passed, if entrants wish Vivid to continue hosting their 3D tour, they may contact Vivid directly for information on extended hosting.

** If you already have a Matterport tour of your entry, you may submit it to kenzi@vividdigitalmedia.com for approval by the POH board to be used in place of having a new tour taken. The tour must be in Matterport and be of a similar style and quality to that of the other entry tours. Tours in any other brand, software, or format will not be accepted.

Home Photography 

Photographs: 24+ Full color high quality stills included. 

Booking: All appointments are first come first serve MUST be completed on or before Sept, 25th. Plan for 3 hours photography, up to 4 for large houses.

Reschedule Fee: Any reschedule or home not fit for photography with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a $50 photography rescheduling fee.

3D Tour: Brunswick County Parade of Homes offers a immersive 3D tour experiences utilizing Matterport. This special service for your entry is $250 which is either included in your entry fees or removed from it (if you decide to opt out). If you would like to opt out of Matterport 3D Modeling, please let us know on the next question.
