Which of the fundraising ideas are you interested in seeing happen at Myers this year via the PTO? Feel free to add a comment of your own ideas, include any information that will help such as websites etc. PTO hopes to run at least two large fund raisers, jog-a-thon being the first, and two smaller fundraisers.  *

Passive Fundraising: Box tops, rewards designation, etc.
Business partnerships: Eat at Chipotle/McDonalds etc and they donate portion of proceeds.
Pledge style fundraising: Jog-a-thon, Read-a-thon, etc
Fundraising events: Fun run, pet parade, school dance, trivia night, painting night, bingo
Sales: Christmas Wreaths, chocolate, used books, boo grams, valentines flowers, bake sale

School spirit days: PTO would organize and promote events that coincide with school activities.
Evening events: Board game night, food truck night, picnics, concerts, movie night
During school events: Assemblies, awards, classroom projects
Weekend Events: Meet ups at park, sponsored hikes/beach day, Local sports/music/art events, restaurant take over etc,

In your opinion, what would you like to see PTO funds used for this year and in the future? What do you think are major needs that the school could use support around.
