Kids Club 2024-25 Family Registration Form
Please fill out this Family Registration Form for Kids Club 2024-25 at Family of Faith Church, 6645 W Steger Road, Monee. Kids Club is for children K-6th grade and meets Wednesday nights at Family of Faith from 6:00-7:30pm. Parents may drop off kids between 5:30-6:00pm to allow time for memory verses and opening group activities. Students who are in 7th grade or above are invited to serve as student leaders.

The first semester will begin on Wednesday, September 11 and end on November 20. The second semester will begin on February 5 and end on April 16, 2025. New clubbers are welcome all throughout the year!

Tuition is $50 per child which includes both semesters listed above. ($100 Max/Family). You can pay this upfront or half in the fall and half in the spring. Payments can be made to Kids Club online Pre-Registration and Payment form here.

Partial scholarships are available to families in need. Please email info@fofc.org to make this request.

What is Kids Club?
The Monee Kids Club weaves together music, Bible teaching, small group discussions, crafts, Bible memory, and creative activities based on God's Word and biblical principles to create a clear and simple bottom line each week, so your child walks away remembering what matters most.

All volunteers will have gone through a background check.
