We are committed to supporting projects that advance socioeconomic wellbeing, promote education and skill-building, and foster economic opportunities for women and their families both in the US and globally.
We are inviting your organization to submit a proposal for funding consideration from the Mothers' Day Movement (MDM). We focus on fundraising for nonprofits that empower and uplift women and their families. With over $35 billion spent on Mother’s Day in the United States this year, MDM advocates shifting gift-giving priorities by honoring a loved one with a donation that changes lives. Since 2011, we have raised over $1 million USD in women's health, infant and maternal mortality, education, clean water, and human trafficking.
MDM selects one beneficiary per year and 100% of the funds raised go directly to the selected beneficiary. With no overhead costs, our team, fueled by passion, consists of volunteers dedicated to ensuring every donation we collect, get put into action. The amount raised by MDM varies each year, with previous years raising a range from $35,000 USD to $150,000 USD annually.
