ORDER PICKUP:
*  all Shelly Bakes orders are pickup only (Roscoe, IL). the exact pickup location will be provided via email prior to your scheduled pickup.

*  all of our treats are made with love and care just for you! once your order leaves our hands, we're no longer responsible for any damage that may occur during transport or after pickup. because our items are perishable and custom-made, we're unable to offer refunds.

PAYMENT:
* full payment is required upfront for orders $50 or less to secure your order. an estimate will be sent, and once agreed upon, an invoice will be sent.
* a 50% non-refundable deposit is required for orders over $50 to secure your order.
* please note: if your deposit is not paid, your order is not secured. other inquiries may be booked ahead of you if a deposit is not received.
