Symposium: Is the Constitution Bad for Your Health?
Join the Health Law and Policy Program and experts for our annual symposium. This year, we will be exploring the question “Is the Constitution bad for your health?” In doing so, we will be grappling with the use—or lack thereof—of empirical data to resolve constitutional questions on three key issues: guns rights, reproductive rights, and affirmative action.
