TreeFolks Young Professionals Core Team Application (This round of applications will be reviewed June 9th)
As a TreeFolks Young Professionals (YP) volunteer core team member, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with people who are passionate about supporting TreeFolks’ mission to “build stronger communities through planting and caring for trees” by:

- Planning events (e.g. happy hours, tree ID walks, tree-via, and volunteer opportunities)
- Engaging and collaborating with community partners
- Fundraising, and
- Spreading the word of all things TreeFolks and TreeFolksYP
- Optionally stepping up to volunteer your skills/experience as one of our Chair positions

TreeFolksYP core team members meet once a month (every other meeting is virtual) throughout the year to brainstorm ideas/projects, plan events, and get to know one another! Core Team membership is right for you if you're willing to commit to our basic requirements:

- Assist in the planning of at least one fundraising, social, educational, or volunteer event
- Attend 50% or more Core Team meetings
- Complete our monthly pre-meeting survey
- Maintain active TreeFolksYP membership (aka $20/yr+ donation to TreeFolks - https://treefolks.org/yp)
