We, as members of the Garland community and advocates across Dallas-Fort Worth, are disturbed by GISD, Dallas College, and the Garland Chamber of Commerce’s endorsement of war crimes through their partnership with Paligen (formerly REPKON USA). The factory owned by Paligen, located at 1200 N Glenbrook Dr, Garland, TX 75040, is the sole provider for the MK-80 bomb series, which have been used to kill thousands of civilians, including in the Al Shifa Massacre, the Jabalyia Refugee Camp bombing, and other conflicts around the globe. Paligen, which brings students into its bomb factory through the FAME program partnership with Garland ISD and Dallas College, is directly responsible for the killing of countless students and teachers, and the destruction of many educational institutions in Palestine and across the world. The signatories of this petition make the following demands:

1. That Dallas College, Garland ISD, and the Garland Chamber of Commerce immediately terminate their contract for training with Paligen under the FAME Program.

2. That Dallas College, Garland ISD, and the Garland Chamber of Commerce create policies that require all future partnership providers to prove that their products are not used in the commission of war crimes, including the murder of civilians.
