定義 Definition:

團隊負責人（乙方代表）：指組織所有參加者參與由ArrowTAG舉辦的攻防箭多人對戰活動的負責人；購買ArrowTAG攻防箭多人對戰活動服務的負責人；為所有參加者承擔監護義務的負責人；需確認所有參加者均自願參與ArrowTAG攻防箭多人對戰活動並願意承擔一切可能出現的風險；需聲明所有參加者健康及體能良好，適合參與ArrowTAG攻防箭多人對戰活動；如出現突發情況，需作為參加者團體代表並承擔一切監護義務。
Team leader (representative of Party B) : refers to the person in charge of organizing all participants to participate in the multiplayer combat archery activity held by ArrowTAG; The person responsible for purchasing the ArrowTAG multiplayer combat archery activity services; The person responsible for the guardianship of all participants; Confirm that all participants are willing to participate in the multiplayer combat archery activity held by ArrowTAG and are willing to take all risks that may arise; All participants are declared to be in good health and physical condition and fit to participate in ArrowTAG multiplayer combat archery activity; In case of emergency, the team leader should act as the representative of the participant group and assume all guardianship obligations.

參加者（乙方）：指應團隊負責人的邀請自願參加ArrowTAG攻防箭多人對戰活動並願意承擔一切可能出現的風險的人士；需聲明自身健康及體能良好，適合參與ArrowTAG攻防箭多人對戰活動；如突發情況，將由團隊負責人承擔一切義務；
Participant (Party B) : refers to the person who, at the invitation of the team leader, voluntarily participates in the multiplayer combat archery activity held by ArrowTAG and is willing to bear all possible risks; You are required to declare that you are in good health and physical fitness to participate in the multiplayer combat archery activity held by ArrowTAG; In case of emergency, the team leader will assume all responsibilities;

ArrowTAG（甲方）：指提供ArrowTAG攻防箭多人對戰活動服務的有限公司；租賃ArrowTAG攻防箭多人對戰活動服務的物資及佈置場地的有限公司；為團隊負責人組織的團隊提供ArrowTAG攻防箭多人對戰活動的指導及協助活動進行的有限公司。
ArrowTAG (Party A) : means the limited company providing ArrowTAG multiplayer combat archery activity service; Leasing ArrowTAG's supplies and site placement for the multiplayer combat archery activity; ArrowTAG provides guidance and assistance in ArrowTAG multiplayer combat activities for teams organized by team leaders.

重要通告

隨著踏入雨季，ArrowTAG將於活動前1周根據澳門物理暨氣象局提供的氣象預測，為團隊負責人提供氣象信息，由團隊負責人自行決定是否需延期活動，ARROWTAG將積極商討活動安排事宜。有勞各團隊緊密協調和合作，多多諒解！

由澳門物理暨氣象局提供的澳門歷年氣象信息顯示：

澳門在5月-10月份期間大約有一半的日子均處於下雨或雷暴天氣。為確保參加者的安全和體驗，ArrowTAG將保留對活動延期的權限。

溫馨提示

  1. 建議參加者穿著舒適既運動服；

  2.  女仔頭髮長既話可以稍微紥起；

  3. 對戰時候可以將隨身物品（如手飾，頸鏈）除下，以免傷及自身；

  4. 活動場所為戶外，建議閣下帶備蚊怕水既防曬用品；

  5. 服務時間以預約時間為準，過時情況將不作補償。建議參加者提早15mins到達並主動聯絡工作人員；

  6. 拼隊的隊伍，部分朋友需要打散同其他團隊組隊；

  7. 場地表面粗獷，建議唔好著太靚既鞋同衣著；

  8. 夏天高溫高濕，戶外運動要提防中暑，及時補充水份。

預約確認條款 Terms of Reservation Comfirmation
租用場地

  • 一般服務日期為每週末下午時段；

  • 場地為澳門半島濠璟酒店天台網球場，費用為每小時300圓，需至少提前14日預約並支付定金；

  • 其他場地將根據管理實體加收場地及行政費用，另外增加氹仔區運費（來回）加收1400MOP。


細則及條款 （一般事項）

  • 一般服務日子為每週末下午時段，其他時段需與客服協調；需提前2週預約並支付定金；

  • ArrowTAG 將收取60%活動總費用作本活動之定金，活動當日開始前收取餘下40%尾款；

  • 此外，參加者需支付額外500圓澳門幣作為活動按金；

  • 因場地位於南灣居民區，參加者進行活動或課程期間不可喧嘩大叫（以聲量測量機數據為準），不可發出噪音（違反者，每次扣除120澳門幣）；

  • 如損壞設備或出現大聲喧嘩或設備損壞之情況，ArrowTAG將相應扣除押金；

  • 如參加者在確認預約日期並支付協調費用（定金）後，無法出席。相關協調費用（定金）將作為工作人員檔期定金支付，並不獲退回；

  • 服務時間以預約時間為準，請所有參加者準時到達，過時情況將不作補償；

  • 確認預約以定金完成收取為準；

  • 以上條款最終解釋權規ArrowTAG所有。


細則及條款（活動取消）

參加者作出取消決定，所有定金將不獲退回以補償事前準備工作（包括但不限於：物資、人員檔期、車輛等）


細則及條款（活動延期）

參加者在活動開始前以下時間段作出取消或延期決定，將相應收取額外的行政費用，以補償事前準備工作（包括但不限於：物資、人員檔期、車輛等）：

  • 在活動開始12日前：收取額外5%的行政費用（但不低於600MOP），場地費用不獲退回，需額外支付新預約日期的場地費用；

  • 在活動開始7日前：收取額外8%的行政費用（但不低於600MOP），場地費用不獲退回，需額外支付新預約日期的場地費用；

  • 在活動開始4日前：收取額外10%行政費用（但不低於600MOP），場地費用不獲退回，需額外支付新預約日期的場地費用；

  • 在活動開始1日前：收取額外16%行政費用（但不低於600MOP），場地費用不獲退回，需額外支付新預約日期的場地費用；

  • 在活動開始前24小時內，收取額外50%行政費用（但不低於600MOP），校方場地費用不獲退回，需額外支付新預約日期的場地費用。


根據氣象局發出48小時天氣預報，如受到惡劣天氣影響（如雷暴、強降雨、颱風）者，參加者在獲得ArrowTAG同意下於以下時間內作出取消或延期決定，將相應收取額外的行政費用，以補償事前準備工作（包括但不限於：物資、人員檔期、車輛等）：

  • 在活動開始36小時前（1週內）：收取額外5%行政費用（但不低於500MOP），需額外支付更改日期之場地行政費用；

  • 在活動開始24小時前（1週內）：收取額外8%行政費用（但不低於500MOP），需額外支付更改日期之場地行政費用；

  • 在活動開始18小時前（1週內）：收取額外10%行政費用（但不低於500MOP），需額外支付更改日期之場地行政費用；

  • 在活動開始4小時內（1週內）：收取額外16%行政費用（但不低於600MOP），需額外支付更改日期之場地行政費用；

  • 考慮天氣預報的準確性，上述條款所指的天氣預報需符合1週內的時效性；

  • ArrowTAG保留取消並延期活動的權利。


關於收據、發票、報價單等文件製作

報價單、收據、發票等紙本單據製作費用，包括：協調、運輸、製作等一切必要行政費用。（備用項目）

  • CASE1: 在活動4日前透過口頭協議方式確認單據樣式（抬頭信息、人數、金額等必要信息），費用全免；

  • CASE2: 在活動4日內透過口頭協議方式確認單據樣式（抬頭信息、人數、金額等必要信息），費用為活動總費用的1%（不低於100MOP）；

  • CASE3: 在活動後透過口頭協議方式確認單據樣式（抬頭信息、人數、金額等必要信息），並將相關文件於指定時間內寄送到指定地方，費用為活動總費用的3.5%（不低於200MOP）。

3. 需聲明所有參加者健康及體能良好，適合參與ArrowTAG攻防箭多人對戰活動
4. 如出現突發情況，需作為參加者團體代表並承擔一切監護義務。

*為保障團隊負責人的權益，建議團隊負責人督促各位參加者填寫《風險告知與免責聲明同意書》以確認所有參加者自願參與活動並願意承擔一切風險。
