Application for Pirates at Home
"Pirates at Home" is available for COVID-19 related issues (medically fragile, at-risk students or family members, or family preference to be part of the Perry County District 32 community but in a restricted environment) that would prevent a student from participating safely in on-campus learning.

If you would like for your child to participate in Pirates at Home rather than attend school face-to-face, please fill out this application. The brief application must be completed prior to August 8th.

Families who enroll in Pirates at Home must be able to provide reliable internet access for their student(s) and commit for the duration of the first semester, at a minimum. If you are unable to provide internet access for your student and feel that Pirates at Home is necessary, please contact your child's building principal.

You will need to submit a separate application for each of your students.

If you wish for your child to attend on-campus classes you do not need to complete this application.
