Centers Health Care is looking to hire a Logistics Assistant / Assistant Building Manager to work at our Corporate Business Office located in Bronx, NY.


Job Description:

Maintain ongoing communication with Building Superintendent to ensure smooth completion of routine and special tasks.
Maintenance of inventory – taking stock and placing orders
Maintaining employee lists for access to building and parking lots
Logistical event support
Meeting and communicating with building vendors and service providers
Follow up and follow through for various building and office related projects
Miscellaneous projects as assigned

Qualifications:

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively via phone and email
Self-motivated and willing to take initiative a must
Strong organizational and computer skills
Able to be a team player working towards a mutual goal
