Thank you for nominating a Lobo Legend for consideration for MPC's Hall of Fame.

Please use this form to submit nominations in any of the following categories:

-MPC Distinguished Alumni

-MPC Alumni-Athlete

-MPC Distinguished Retiree

-MPC Rising Star

Self-nominations are accepted, and there is no limit to the number of nominations you may submit. This form will allow for one nomination per category; to submit additional nominations for the same category, please submit an additional form.

Nominations will be reviewed by an Advisory Group to determine inductees who will be honored at the Lobo Legends Celebration on March 7, 2026. To be considered for a 2026 award, nominations must be received by September 30, 2025.
