All registrants (current members, returning members, candidates, 1st time visitors, guest quartetters, and scholarships) will use this form to register for the NCHB 2025 Rally, to be held from Friday, January 17 thru Sunday, January 19, 2025 at the same place we were at last year: Hampton Inn at 200 Columbus Dr, Aberdeen, NC. We have an optional Thursday evening program on January 16 as well. You should know that you're signing up for the BEST quartetting weekend you can imagine.

COVID-related protocol requirements have been eliminated for over a year from almost all places in the USA. So, at this time, we are planning NOT to implement any protocols other than the sensible request that if you are sick in any way, not just COVID, or have been exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID, please stay away. In other words, the same normal precautions you would take for any public but close-together indoor event. Of course, anything could happen in this theatre of operations between now and January. Our final decision date on medical protocols will be November 1, 2024.

This registration is a Google form, hence it must be filled out all once ... it'll take about 12 minutes ... It is not possible to go halfway through, save it, and complete the rest at a later time. Basic Registration covers 1) a shared room in the Hotel for Friday and Saturday nights 2) four meals (Fri-Sat dinner, Sat-Sun breakfast) 3) downloadable MP3s of the learning trax for the 12 songs with your voice part predominant 4) a downloadable PDF of the scores for all 12 songs. The downloadable files are available to you as soon as you've paid the deposit and your registration has been accepted. There is a section in this registration where you can order additional learning tracks (but there is no need to order an additional MP3 for your own voice part! )

This registration has multiple sections, depending on your status and selections. Our first-time guests (Welcome!) and first-time scholarship applicants (Welcome!) have an additional section to fill out. Returning candidates and members can skip these two sections.

The process goes like this:

• Registration opens first for returning members and returning guests from last year, for a period of ten days.
• You fill out this registration and hit SUBMIT at the end. Very important to hit Submit!
• You go to the Payments Page of our web site and follow the instructions for making the deposit to secure your spot at the Rally.
• We send out acceptance emails on a first-come (by timestamp of your submitting the Registration) first-serve basis, while keeping the parts balanced. When the downloads are ready (est. mid-July), we will send you a link to the on-line folder that contains all the MP3s and PDF for you to download.
• Not all the Music will be ready in early July, so we send out what **is** ready and send out the rest to you when they become available, none later than mid-August. We will create one production run of CDs and one production run of the Printed Booklets around the end of August. 

A proviso: All Brigades get a special deal on the copyrights for the music we distribute because it is for use in the Brigade context only, which is not revenue-making. If you bring back any of these songs to your quartet or chorus (which is actually one of the great things about Brigade!), you must nonetheless buy new copies of the songs for your own group when you decide to add them to your quartet's or chorus's repertoire.
