Tell us what version of the operating system you are running on your phone
On Android devices, open settings, then About Phone, then Software Information and type in what Android version you are running. In an iOS or Apple device, open Settings, then General, then Software Update and type in the iOS version you are running. Note: If you are not running the latest version, please update the system and see if that fixes the issue.
What version of the Carrollton Connect App are you running
Open the Carrollton app on your mobile device and tap on the More icon on the footer, open the About the App area and type in the version of the app you are running. Note: If you are not running the latest version of the app, please download the update from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and see if that fixes the issue.
