How to Update Basic Information on a dealer website: 
Please update basic information including the items listed below in your account in The Link or connect with your sales rep for support.

  • Dealer name
  • Address
  • Phone number

1) Website Change Request Form for Existing Sites

Use this form for any the following cases:
  • Report an error on your website
  • Change photos
  • Change text and descriptions
  • Change your domain for an existing website
  • Choose another carousel template
  • Add or remove Products and Services pages
  • Add a Wells Fargo Financing page
  • Add or remove a store location (if you have multiple locations)
  • Add/Change a Google Tag Manager container
  • Add/Change a Google Analytics ID
  • Add a Podium chat widget

2) New Website Request Form

Use this form to launch a new HD Alliance website, or if you are new owners inheriting an existing domain and website.

All of the following steps must be completed before you are assigned a developer to build your website.

Step 1: In The Link (https://thelink.hunterdouglas.com) fill out your business info:
  • Enter your hours of operation
  • Upload your company Logo
  • Enter an email address where you'd like to receive leads
  • Enter your social media profile links
Step 2: IMPORTANT - Register a domain and configure the DNS settings:
  • We recommend you register your domain through GoDaddy.com
  • Your domain cannot contain references to Hunter Douglas. i.e. "HD" or "hunterdouglas"
  • Configure your domain DNS settings. Use these Domain Instructions
Step 3: Submit this: New Website Request Form

*All Non-Centurion Priority dealers will be billed a one-time $500 U.S./ $675 CAN website set-up fee.
3) Hunter Douglas Dealer Social Media Program
Included with a new dealer website is our award winning Hunter Douglas Dealer Social Media program. Dealers who use this program receive 40% more leads than dealers who use the website alone.

4)  Request Admin Access to Manage Your Website
Use this form if you wish to edit your own website or if you're working with an agency to make changes on your behalf.

5) Google Business (GMB)- Helpful Links
For your Google Map and Good Google Reviews to show on your website, you need to have managed your company Google My Business (GMB) listing. This is a free listing service from Google and it must be completed by your company.
