Please register to attend so that CN Guidance has a sufficient number of free Narcan kits at the event. Please submit a separate registration form for each individual in your party, if you will be attending in a group or as a family. Narcan kits will be available to all participants 18 and older. Kits may be distributed to 16- and 17-year-old participants with signed parental permission (form to be provided at the event). Please submit a registration form for each meeting attendee in your party who will be collecting a free Narcan kit at the event.
