GROUP COACHING:
My 12-week group coaching program is specifically designed for busy women that are struggling to create healthy fitness, eating, + mindset habits that actually stick! Inside the program, you will receive weekly workouts with video demonstrations that can be done at home or in a gym. In addition, I will give you specific calorie + macro goals to work towards that are unique to your body + goals. Each week there will be a group coaching call where we will discuss goal progression, nutrition, + mindset to help you see results + feel supported on your journey. This is best for clients looking for a community of women with similar goals to connect with through the coaching process + is less of a financial commitment than 1:1 coaching.

1:1 COACHING:
My 1:1 coaching program is designed to help you reach your specific health + fitness goals through creating everyday habits around working out, healthy eating, + mindset. It's specifically customized to your needs, including the frequency of workouts developed in my app, topics covered on the coaching calls, overall timeline, + I check in with you periodically throughout the week for extra accountability + support. Each week you will get a 1:1 virtual call with me to review your fitness goals + progress + for nutrition/mindset coaching. **Please note that I only work with clients over a minimum of 12 weeks in order to make sure you're progressing towards your goals + creating habits for long-term success.**
