We’re conveniently located less than 2 miles from downtown at 2324 E. Cesar Chavez St., where you'll find tons of great restaurants, music venues, food trucks and shops. This space is managed by the team at
Almost Real Things, Austin's go-to guide for art, who have over a decade of experience producing creative events.

- Rental prices range from $100/hr–$300/hr depending on your event type and expected attendance
- Available 24/7 for rentals
- 4-hour minimum rental
- A space manager will be onsite for the duration of your event
