An application for the creation or transfer of a Mastodon instance hosted on the Interlinked Foundation's infrastructure at below market cost.

This form is required to ensure your instance will be compatible with the goals of the Interlinked Foundation.

This form in no way constitutes or creates a contract, warranty, promise, or any obligation between you and the Interlinked Foundation or its members.
