SCPHA is an affiliate of the American Public Health Association (APHA), the largest and most influential public health organization in the country. APHA represents professionals from all public health fields and is dedicated to advancing the health of all communities through policy, education, and advocacy.
As SCPHA enters an exciting era of growth and expansion, we're seeking passionate and driven undergraduates to join our team as Development Interns and Communications Interns. This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in nonprofit management, public health advocacy, and organizational development.
Position Descriptions
Development Intern (Sponsorship & Funding)
- Assist with outreach for sponsorships and funding opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Treasurer on budget planning and financial strategy.
- Support in creating sustainable funding sources for the organization.
Communications Intern (Social Media & Engagement)- Manage and create content for SCPHA's social media platforms.- Contribute to our monthly newsletter.- Help increase engagement across digital platforms and expand our online presence.

Time Commitment
