Survey Purpose
We at Santa Clara University are conducting this survey to help us understand how users respond to the community-engaged digital projects we have been creating with Ohlone community members. Your responses will be used to improve these materials and to identify research topics that we can address in future collaborations with members of the community.
Survey Design
This survey will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete. There are 9 questions.

The anticipated benefit for survey participants is that they will make their voices heard in the creation of future projects and programs about the historical and archaeological heritage of Santa Clara. We do not anticipate any risks to participants in taking this survey. Your participation is voluntary and your responses will be kept confidential. We do not collect any personally identifying information such as your name, email address, or IP address. If you come to a question you prefer not to answer, feel free to skip it. Additionally, if you would like to withdraw from the survey at any time, you may do so without penalty.

Should you have any questions or comments about the survey, please feel free to contact the project directors (contact information below). If you have any questions about your rights as a participant in this study, you may also contact Santa Clara University's Office of Research Compliance and Integrity at (408) 554-5591.
