BHP VIBEE Memorandum of Agreement/ Understanding
The purpose of this Memorandum is to facilitate the increase of homeownership and wealth creation and sustainability for Black People across the United States. In alignment with these goals we enter into a mutually beneficial agreement that is outlines what we agree to do in support each business or association and Black People.

The mission of the Black Homeownership Project and VIBEE is to develop a streamlined system for Black People to gain access to wealth starting with owning their own homes. We believe that empowerment includes knowledge, resources and systems that work. In order to operationalize this mission, we have created a community of resources (VIBEE) that will include you. Examples of our network of resources are wealth creation and sustainability, business development, real estate and finance etc...

Completing this form allows us to evaluate you for inclusion into our network of service providers. There is no cost to be a part of VIBEE however, we do ask that you become a paid member and that you make a contribution to BHP Fund our nonprofit that assists with down-payment and other costs related to homeownership success. The Black Homeownership Project will provide limited access to our members as long as it is beneficial for BHP and our members and the future of our organization. We ask that you agree to provide prompt, professional and courteous interactions to BHP Members and Staff.  If you agree please respond I agree. *
In addition to prompt, professional and courteous interactions what specific services do you intend to provide to our members? *
Both Parties: We ask that we convene at least annually to review this agreement in order to ensure that it is still viable and mutually beneficial.  This meeting should take place within 18 months of execution of this agreement. If you agree respond I agree. *
BHP-VIBEE designated contact will be the CEO or a designee.  Please state who your company's designated contact will be and include their contact information if it is someone other than youself. *
As stated above there is no cost to be a part of VIBEE however, we do ask that you become a member of BHP additionally,  we ask that you consider contributing between 5%-10% of income received from serving BHP Members to the BHP Fund. The BHP is a nonprofits and any contribution to BHP Fund is considered tax deductible. If you agree to this please respond with I agree. *
Durations of Agreement: This Memorandum of Agreement will be in effect for 2 years from the date of this submission unless otherwise specified. The agreement may be terminated at any time by either party upon written notification. If you are empowered by your company/organization to enter into such an agreement please respond, I am. *
