Registration to the 2019 Ecsite Directors Forum
The 2019 Directors Forum is open to Directors and Senior Managers from Ecsite Full Member institutions. We kindly ask you to fill in your personal details below in order to register.
The registration fee of €250.- ex-VAT includes participation to Directors Forum sessions & activities, coffee breaks and meals until lunch on Friday 15 November (which is included). Please read the terms and conditions (https://bit.ly/2VSLNWt) and note the following points in particular:

- Registration is open until 4 November 2019 included
- Your institution needs to be a Full member of Ecsite and have paid its 2019 membership fee
- Ecsite will confirm your registration
- Up to 15 days after your registration, the Vitensenteret I Trondheim will send you the invoice that you are kindly asked to pay within 30 days and by 6 November 2019 at the latest, by bank transfer
- Cancellations must be done in written to info@ecsite.eu and are only refunded if they are sent before 4 November 2019, midnight CET.
