In this programme, you can receive strategy, teaching, coaching, guidance, insights, and practical steps from Olivia for ONE issue as it relates to marketing or business for your online coaching business.

WHAT ARE OLIVIA'S BUSINESS DAYS AND TIMES?

Olivia's business days and times are Mondays to Thursdays, 12 pm to 4 pm British Summer Time.


WHAT DAYS AND TIMES WILL I RECEIVE TELEGRAM SUPPORT FROM OLIVIA?

Olivia checks the Telegram chat once per day between 12 pm and 4 pm BST, Mondays to Thursdays only.


CAN I RECEIVE FEEDBACK ON MY MARKETING MATERIALS?

Yes, you can submit marketing materials for feedback once a week, on Tuesdays only, via the one-to-one Telegram chat.

Here are some examples you can submit: a screenshot, a link to a landing page, a Google Doc link for *one* email from your email funnel, a Google Doc link containing ad copy for *one* paid ad.

If you choose to submit marketing materials, please be crystal clear and specific in regards to what feedback you need. Olivia will then provide you with relevant advice/strategy for you to implement.

There is a 4 business days turnaround time to receive feedback from Olivia.

Note: you can submit a maximum of 2 marketing materials on Tuesdays, so it is encouraged that you only submit materials that you would really like feedback on.

Unfortunately, pages of emails/ad copy/images/content/screenshots/website links etc. will not be accepted. As an example, sending over one email from your email funnel for feedback, counts as one of your two marketing material quotas for the week.


WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO A TRANSCRIPT/TRANSCRIPTS/RECORDINGS/SCREENSHOTS/IMAGES OF MY TELEGRAM MESSAGES WITH OLIVIA?

Unfortunately, Olivia does not provide any transcripts/recordings/screenshots/images of messages from the one-to-one Telegram chat at any time.


I'M NOT FROM THE UNITED KINGDOM. IS IT STILL POSSIBLE TO JOIN THIS PROGRAMME?

Yes! The support included in this one-to-one programme is based online, via Telegram. However, please be aware of the previously mentioned days and times that you will receive support.


DOES OLIVIA OFFER SALES/DISCOVERY CALLS?

Olivia does not offer sales/discovery calls. However, if you do have questions, *before* you apply for a spot in this one-to-one programme, reach out to Olivia via Instagram DM/Facebook (@theoliviagenevieve), and you will receive a response within 3-5 business days (business days are Mondays to Thursdays, 12 pm to 4 pm British Summer Time). WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I SUBMIT MY APPLICATION?

Once you have submitted your application, if it is a great fit for the both of you, Olivia will email you the next steps to get started now (she will email you within 7 business days). 

Meaning, you can expect the client agreement (contract) and the invoice to be in your email inbox. To successfully secure your spot in this programme, they both need to be completed within 24 hours (please read and sign the client agreement first, then settle the invoice).

Once those are both settled within 24 hours, you will be sent your enrolment email which includes: Telegram information to get the most out of the one-to-one chat, and information on how to get the most out of your marketing feedback access.
