AdaptyvBio is collecting and extending all the insights produced during the two rounds of our EGFR binder competition
https://design.adaptyvbio.com/ into a paper, as proposed by Anthony Gitter
https://x.com/anthonygitter/status/1846203654144962589 and as was done by Liberum Bio
https://liberumbio.com/Guidelines.htm and the Protein Engineering Tournament
https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2024.08.12.606135v2.
As we want to keep the momentum high, we have already started the process in a consortium including Prof. Gitter, Nikhil Haas , Martin Pacesa of Bindcraft fame and members of the Wells Wood lab, but we want to give everyone a chance to contribute , despite the difficulty of writing high quality technical articles with a crowd of over a hundred people. So this is your moment!
If you have an analysis to share, an idea, a question you'd like to be discussed or something that happened during the competition you think deserves more time in the limelight, please suggest let us know through this form. All respondents whose suggestions are at all taken into account and who choose to share their information will be acknowledged in the final product.
If you can commit to a certain minimum time writing and response times, you are also welcome to apply as a full author on the paper. We are targeting beginning of January for the first draft and end of January for the preprint, so please consider whether you are up for this, or whether submitting your contribution through this form is a better option for you.
