October Partner Reporting
Partner organizations submit monthly participation data as a requirement of the partnership with the Redwood Empire Food Bank. This data ensures that we can secure the funding and insight needed to source food for your hunger relief programs. A copy of your submission will be emailed to you. If you don't receive a copy, please ensure that you scroll to the bottom of the form and click on the SUBMIT button.

Groceries ONLY (e.g., Pantry, Distribution): Providing a provision of uncooked food items (canned goods, produce, bread, meat) that clients take home. This type of program is under the supervision of someone holding a Standard Food Handler Certification.

Meals ONLY (e.g., Soup Kitchens, Congregate Meal Sites, Shelters): Consistently providing ready-to-eat meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) prepared at your site. Meal preparation is under the supervision of someone holding a Food Manager Certification.

Groceries AND Meals: Only report in this category if your program provides both a consistent meal service and a separate, substantial grocery pantry service.

Diapers: Providing diapers to families with infants or toddlers. (Grocery guidance applies) You will be directed to this section to report data.
