RSVP -- Do Not Resist? Exhibition Artist Info Session #1
Are you thinking about submitting artwork, or an art proposal, to the 2018 city-wide exhibition Do Not Resist? 100 Years of Police Violence in Chicago, but not sure exactly how to do it or what to make? Come to our one and only artist info session on Tuesday, August 15th!

This info session will give artists, cultural workers, and community members who are interested in submitting work to the 2018 Exhibition Do Not Resist? 100 Years of Police Violence in Chicago a clearer idea of who FTP Artists Collective is, our mission and values, our exhibition goals, and what we're looking for in submissions and proposals. There will be time for Q&A and a little bit of workshoping after our presentation.

We want to dispel the myth that only academic artists can write proposals, and we want to share examples of on-point proposals we've received that'll help you formulate your ideas a little more!

Space is limited!
Light food & drinks will be provided.

The Info session is set for Tuesday, August 15th, from 6pm-7:30pm.

We will contact you with a confirmation & location no later than August 5th.
