It's been 3 years since we last canvassed Evertonians on their opinions of ToffeeWeb and the club in general so we're opening another survey to get
AS MUCH information as possible -- the good, the bad, what can be done better, what we should be doing etc -- so please feel free to be as honest as you'd like.
To reward you for your time, each respondent who completes the survey will be entered into a draw to win £100 (or current exchange-rate equivalent for international ToffeeWebbers). To facilitate that you do need to provide a means of contacting you -- either your email address or Twitter handle.
As always, none of your personal details will be shared with any third party. Everything you submit below will be for my eyes only. Any results reported or shared will be aggregate data with no personal info attached.
(Note that the prize will be paid via PayPal, bank transfer in the UK or in the form of your choice of Everton merchandise from the club's official online store so please be sure you qualify on any of those counts.)
