Thank you for completing our cancellation form for our Pembroke Pines location!

Please know that lessons that are given less than a week's notice to cancel will not be available as a refund or credit due to our need to pay the instructors for their time in our schedule.

Once our cancelation form has been completed we will consider your current class time as open to being offered to new students. Your card will not be billed for any recurring payments but please understand that if you intend to restart lessons you need to contact our front desk once you are ready to rejoin classes.

With enough notice, we will likely be able to use the instructor's open slots for new students but we consider it a priority to make sure our teachers are paid for their time especially when lessons were missed, and no written notice to cancel our service was given.

If you did give proper notice and the next month's tuition was charged we process those types of balances/refunds using Zelle, so please contact our front desk via email to pines@thehitmusicstudio.com so we can have that information handy.

Please consider having your student continue to follow our social media platforms as we are constantly sharing new resources on those regularly.
