Arhuaco indigenous knowledge: lessons for a prosperous future
Join us at Colombians at Columbia for the screening of Naboba, a documentary directed and produced by Amado Villafaña, a world-renowned indigenous film director, and a subsequent panel discussion with the film director, indigenous leader Ati Viviam Villafaña and Diego Aretz, journalist from Colombia. 

Documentary synopsis: Water is male and female. Water has a soul. Water should be treated like a living being. And according to the Arhuaco, an indigenous people that inhabits the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, water is returning to Mother Nature because it is hurting from so much abuse.
