This panel discussion is part of the Pathways Complexity Conversations series and is open to the public.
Explore the many complex discussions and decisions that formed the program design of Pathways, including how and when individual conversations, group conversations, asynchronous learning resources, and space for self reflection intersect with each other at different points. Join us as we share the questions we asked ourselves (and others) as we developed the program, along with the sometimes imperfect solutions while navigating emerging themes.

ABOUT THE COMPLEXITY CONVERSATIONS SERIES
Pathways holds many complexities and points of tension. Sharing the work of Pathways is itself complex, there are many moving perspectives and nuances in any equity work, and these shift as we learn and dig deeper into our practice.
This series of conversations will allow us to share some of the experiences and difficult questions we have asked and are asking in this program. We are accountable to our communities, participants, and funders; we would like to share the work below the surface as one example of how we are collectively navigating real co-creation in an emergent system.
