*Our series will host up to 8 district teams. Scholarships are available for 2 teams. Answers below may be used to identify participating teams as well as scholarship candidates.

Go here for a description of the series, an FAQ, and a short summary of Highline's youth partnership that will serve as a case study for the series. If you have any additional questions, please reach out to Eileen Yoshina, Director of Equity in Education, at PSESD @ eyoshina@psesd.org.

We would like to register for the series: *
School district?
The team includes the following three to six members. Please include name, role, e-mail contact.

*Please note that you may change / add team members at any time. Just let us know if you do.
Who is the point person / team leader?

*We will communicate with all participants, but we will look to support team logistics through this individual. We also ask this individual to coordinate their team and to set up team meetings between sessions.
What is the educator pathways project the team hopes to continue or create involving youth partnership? What is the systemic challenge you hope to address and/or goal you hope to achieve through this youth partnership?

*Note, wherever you are in this process is fine for the series, but we hope you will have at least considered/discussed some aspirations.
Which district leaders, if any, are endorsing or championing this project?

*We find that district support from supervisors and/or senior leaders is important for project sustainability. If you do not yet have senior leadership support, who might you consider asking? What is your plan to engage their support, and how can PSESD help?
The series consists of three sessions: March 3, 10am-12pm (virtual), March 19, 10am-12pm (virtual), and May 14, 12-3pm (in person at PSESD). Do you have at least 3 participants who can commit to the series and to meeting at least twice between each session?

*Attendance at every session isn't mandatory as long as someone on the team can update anyone who misses a session.
Clear selection
How will you look to engage youth leaders in the series and in the project?
Would you like to be considered for a scholarship? If so, tell us why you believe your team is a good candidate for funding.

*Scholarships will be selected based on need and readiness to engage in the project (i.e., early vision, leadership support, team composition and commitment).
Do any of your team members have any dietary restrictions or food allergies we should know about for our in-person session on May 14?
Do any of your team members need accommodations for our in-person session on May 14?
Is there anything else you would like to share with us at this time?
*Next steps! We will be in touch with your point person shortly to schedule a brief check-in with the team to support on-boarding and any questions. Thank you and see you soon!
