By filling out this form, you are stating that you have an interest in your child joining the afterschool program offered at Missouri S&T's Kummer Center for STEM Education, in partnership with your school. Our students will engage in STEAM-focused (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math), cross-curricular activities that stimulate learning not only in STEM subjects but in a variety of areas including literacy, social-emotional learning, assessment capable learning and student focused goal setting, in addition to offering homework assistance and tutoring as needed.
The program will be open Monday-Friday from 3:00-6:00pm. starting on Tuesday October 8.
Note: Students in grades 6-12 can be enrolled in the program now.
Those in grades K-5 can apply for enrollment 2nd semester.
Please be aware that due to the nature of our grant we are required to meet a minimum attendance per student. We respectfully request your cooperation in attending our program as frequently as possible.
Students who can attend at least 4 days per week will be given greater precedence.
Filling this out is not a guarantee of admittance, it will be based on first come first serve. You will be notified by email if you are invited to officially register to attend.
If you have multiple children you are hoping to enroll,
you must fill out a separate form for each student.
