Women-on-Wheels Karachi Registration
A Project by Salman Sufi Foundation
The Women-on-Wheels (WOW) initiative aims to empower women by providing them with the necessary skill-set and the means to increase their mobility and independence through the provision of free motorcycle training lessons. The WOW Karachi programme will include motorbike trainings along with road safety workshops which will prepare women for driving license testing post-training as well as help them apply for jobs once they are independently mobile. The team behind the successful implementation of the WoW campaign in Lahore, Multan, Sargodha, Rawalpindi, and Faisalabad is now expanding the initiative to Karachi in collaboration with the Government of Sindh. Please submit this form to register for WoW training sessions. Because of the huge number of applications received, all the WOW applicants have been divided into different batches for training on a first-come, first-serve basis. The first batch for this training has already been sent emails with training dates and times for the week of Nov. 25th.
