UHS Online STEM Program Registration Form (Current grade 9 students for 2019/2020 school year)
The UHS STEM program provides students with an enriched learning experience in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. Upon successful completion of the 4 year program the student will receive a STEM certificate. The STEM certificate courses emphasize broad-based problem solving and provide students with the opportunity to gain insight into solving real world problems.

Who should complete this Registration Form?

- The parent/guardian of a current grade 9 UHS student intending to enroll in the UHS STEM program for this 2019/2020 academic year.

Registration Information: Please read carefully

* Students should be interested in STEM related disciplines at the secondary level with the aspiration of entering a STEM post secondary programs (i.e university, college, and skilled trades)

* Any full time student enrolled at Unionville High School is eligible to participate in the UHS STEM Program who completes the UHS Online STEM Program Registration Form will be accepted into the program.

* Students and their parent(s)/guardians must reside in York Region (no exceptions).
Please note: The York Region District School Board does not provide transportation for students attending the Unionville High School (UHS) Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) program. Currently for 2019/2020 there is no fee for entering this program (this may be subject to change).
