Please complete the following application for the 2025-26 Delta Academy and G.E.M.S programs. All students who are accepted will be required to complete additional forms including medical history, emergency contact information and acknowledgement of our Code of Conduct prior to participating in any activities.  Participants must reside in the Western Wake County area: Apex, Cary, Fuquay-Varina, Garner, Holly Springs, and Morrisville.     

There are 5 sections to be completed.
