This form is used to collect much-needed information regarding the needs of the Rosalia School families during the 6-week school closure. We are planning on developing a meal distribution plan that will include the delivery of school meals to your homes and/or designated areas within our school district. We are also trying to determine the best methods for delivering instruction for your children at this challenging time. Please answer each question accurately and completely as possible.
