The 2025 Special Olympics World Games will be held in Torino, Italy in March 2025. The Law Enforcement Torch Run will conduct a 'Final Leg' in the lead-up to the Games.
The form has been created to allow team members to specify their clothing sizes for the supply of the Final Leg Team Uniform.

This form aims to provide for both female and male team members. Each clothing item section has a male / female dropdown so that if required you can select a mixture of male and female items.
