Every year the St. James Town Service Providers Network (SJT SPN) organizes a community festival. Community members are welcomed to help plan the festival by joining one or more of the eleven (11) festival planning subcommittees listed below.

Please fill out this form to share your name, contact information and the planning subcommittees you would like to join. The subcommittees will begin to meet in mid-June, one-hour after 5PM on weekdays, every two weeks. Once you complete this form you will receive an email with all the details you'll need, including training opportunities to help get started.

Vendor Coordination (Food and Non-Food Vendors)

Table Coordination (Support service providers/agencies, community members, local and grass-roots groups to share their work with the community)

Program Coordination (Main stage itinerary, performances, opening & closing ceremonies etc.)

Community Safety & Crisis Navigation (Develop and deliver safety protocols and training module)

Communications, Social Media and Branding (Develop the Festival Theme's messaging points)

Outreach & Registration (Help bring residents to the Festival and register volunteers)

Volunteer Coordination (Onboard and train community volunteer festival event teams)

Evaluation & Reporting (Develop and deliver the festival evaluation and collectively write the festival report)
