Before you proceed, please check the following:
1. Have you updated firmware recently?
"Generation" updates require a hardware reset of the device after its update for the changes to apply and the system to work properly. Make sure to reset the device after a generation update to avoid device instability and associated errors. An example of a generation update is moving from version 2.9 to 2.11 for the LS-2, LS-200, LS-300, and LS-400 models. Updates within the same generation generally do not require a reset – for instance, an LS-300 running version 2.11.20.21 can be updated normally to version 2.11.20.79.

2. Have you tried restarting the device?
In many cases, restarting the device can do the trick.

3. Have you tried reconnecting or using different cables?
Try using different HDMI / USB / Network / other cables or reconnecting the devices.

4. Have you tried replacing the power adapter?
If the device is not powering on, please try using a different power adapter. Make sure you use an adapter with the same voltage (V) and same or higher amperage (A) than the original power adapter. Please note that different AREC and RADA products use different power adapters.

5. Having trouble setting up an AREC Media Station?
Check out the following video for a step-by-step guide: Quick Setup of AREC Media Station
