Concho CG Log of Harvested Produce

Lots of time, effort, and care is put into growing nutritious, fresh food--especially in a world so disconnected with where food actually comes from or even what constitutes “real food”.

To further exemplify the efforts being made at the both the UT Concho and Kinsolving gardens, we have been asked to participate in a simple volunteer tracking system for UT records. If we weigh and log all harvested produce from the garden (plot owners and volunteers alike), we could also use that data to help others and ourselves in the future. We would greatly appreciate cooperation from all plot owners and thank you in advance for helping with this endeavor!
