As the author of "A Healing Workbook to Free The Strong Black Woman," we're looking for passionate individuals who are willing to use their social media presence and personal networks to help spread the word about this transformative workbook. This resource is designed to empower Black women to break free from the Strong Black Woman schema and embrace healing, vulnerability, and authentic self-care.
About "Healing The Strong Black Woman"
The Strong Black Woman schema has long been celebrated as a badge of honor, but it often comes at a significant cost to mental, emotional, and physical health. This interactive workbook provides practical exercises, reflective prompts, and evidence-based strategies to help Black women:
- Recognize the signs of the Strong Black Woman schema in their lives
- Understand the historical and cultural roots of this phenomenon
- Learn to set healthy boundaries and practice authentic self-care
- Develop skills for vulnerability and emotional expression
- Build a personalized healing plan for sustainable wellbeing
This workbook combines psychological research with cultural sensitivity to create a safe space for Black women to begin their healing journey.
Street Team Commitments
We ask each Street Team member to commit to the following:
- Join our private Facebook Group where we'll post updates and shareable content prior to the workbook launch
- Review an advance digital copy of the workbook by the deadline and share your honest thoughts on social media
- Participate in 2-3 virtual healing circles/discussion sessions with the author and fellow Street Team members
- Use your social media platforms to help spread awareness about the workbook and its mission

- Create an Instagram/Facebook post, story, or reel highlighting the workbook
