FedCRE Membership Renewal for 2014/15 or New Application

We have automated the process of collecting information for membership applications and renewals using this form. It will minimise our admin work and reduce costs so we can put more time into our events.

This form is for the membership year 1 September 2014 - 31 August 2015. Please note that full membership is payable on joining, with a pro-rated adjustment in year 2 for joining part way through a year.

I would be grateful if you could complete the form with your details and send the appropriate payment by cheque to me or by online bank transfer - details given below. On payment I will then send you an Invoice/Receipt for your records.

If you need an invoice in order to pay, please click on the appropriate button below and submit the form in the same way - this will give me all the details I need to send you the invoice. On receipt of payment an invoice/receipt will be issued to the address supplied.
