Untuk itu, kami sangat membutuhkan informasi detil terkait kondisi setiap guru/karyawan baik dari segi kesehatan maupun perlengkapan pribadi yang akan dibawa setiap hari ke sekolah sehingga kita dapat mengambil langkah tindak lanjut dari kondisi tersebut. Daily Self Assessment ini harus diisi oleh guru/karyawan setiap hari sebelum ia memutuskan untuk berangkat ke sekolah.

For that, we really need detailed information regarding the condition of each teacher/staff, both in terms of health and personal equipment that is brought to school every day so that we know the steps we have to take in response to this condition. This Daily Self Assessment must be completed by teacher/staff every day before he/she decides to go to school.
